Today I had a part time job, and it was very busy. Many people came to there, and I had a hectic day at my workplace. I was pushed for time :) Usually I'm working from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, but today was very busy, so I couldn't finish my work by 9:00 pm. I could finish 10:00 pm over, so now I feel very sluggish.
And it's vain talk, recently I go to work by bicycle not motor bicycle. It's quite good exercise for me, although it takes only ten minutes over. I think I need more exercise, or I have to go on a diet. Does anyone knows good ways for diet??

That sounds like a hard schedule! How about cycling a longer route?
